1. About FuelPlay

FuelPlay is a sports nutrition app operated by Marius Jonathan Wottrich, Copenhagen, Denmark. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. The service

FuelPlay provides personalised nutrition guidance for team sport athletes. The app calculates calorie and macro targets based on information you provide and suggests meal plans to support your training.

FuelPlay is a tool to support healthy habits — it is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. If you have a medical condition or specific health needs, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use FuelPlay
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when setting up your profile — the nutrition calculations depend on it
• One account per person

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FuelPlay for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

5. Early access & availability

FuelPlay is currently in early access (beta). The service is provided as-is and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

6. Limitation of liability

FuelPlay is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the app's suggestions, or for any loss of data or service interruption.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting legal@fuelplay.app. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
